How many on here are actually selling Hazard?

    Sturridge + Jelavic + Gerrard -> Aguero + Lukaku + Puncheon for a -8.
    Worth it?

    Cheers 🙂

I don't like the idea of selling Gerrard. He WILL come back to haunt you.

As we all know it is DGW next week and if you have planned ahead, you probably have at least 4 players in your team who will have DGW and 2 FT to get more in.

The teams with DGW this week are:

Crystal Palace who have Villa at home and Everton away.
Everton who have Sunderland away and Crystal Palace at home.
Man City who have Liverpool away and Sunderland at home
Sunderland who have Everton at home and Man City away.

Another thing we need to consider for this GW is both Man Utd and Hull have no fixture. Looking at these fixtures it is only really City and Everton who are worth investment, although Palace defence and Puncheon may be worth a punt if you are feeling lucky.

Anyway, the point I wanted to make is that when you plan for this GW you should also factor in your transfer strategy for GW37, which is the next DGW. The only two teams with DGW this week who have DGW in GW 37 are City and Sunderland so it is likely you are going to keep your 3 City players for the rest of the season, so make sure you pick the 3 you want as you don't want to waste transfers.

In GW37 the teams with DGW are:

Villa who have Hull at home and City away
Hull who have Villa away and Man Utd away
City who have Everton away and Villa at home
Man Utd who have Sunderland at home and Hull at home
Sunderland who have Man Utd away and West Brom at home
West Brom who have Arsenal away and Sunderland away

We should remember that we are only going to have 3 FT between GW34 and GW37 so you need to plan your transfers wisely. For example unless you intend on taking lots of hits before GW38 you need to consider will your DGW37 players score more in GW 37 & GW38 than someone who does not have a DGW37?

For example will Long score more points against Villa, United and Everton than Sturridge against Palace and Newcastle (Just used these 2 as an example to highlight the point).

Anyway good luck with your planning and I am sure you are going to have just as many headaches as I am currently having planning my final hooray for the season and last attempt to push for a high finish.
