I think the word differential is used far too often to justify obvious mistakes. Viable differential opportunities will present themselves but looking to hard for them almost always results in mistakes.

I think rolling the dice on Aguero if you are in 2nd place in your mini-league and need to make up say 70 points is passable. But you can 'go too early' if you're not too far behind. I suppose the main benefit to leading is you can just play safe and let other people consolidate all their mistakes to increase your lead. I know what i's like, I haven't ever played with much discipline before this season and rarely find myself leading.
