After Harry Kane blanked yet again at Wembley in Spurs’ narrow win over Crystal Palace, we move to the Etihad as Manchester City and Arsenal go head-to-head in the 2.15pm kick-off.
Sergio Aguero, Leroy Sane and Raheem Sterling have shrugged off any concerns over rotation for the home side, with all three named in the starting line-up.
But the Gabriel Jesus exodus could pick up pace as he’s named among the subs – over 203,000 sold the Brazilian last week.
Both Aguero (9%) and Sane (2.5%) are among the top 10 captains in Fantasy Premier League for Gameweek 11. The Argentine has scored in each of his last three at the Etihad, while Sane is seeking a fifth successive double-figure haul at home.
At the back, Nicolas Otamendi’s owners need him to be on his best behaviour today. The City centre-half has four yellow cards to his name, with one more caution set to earn a single-match suspension.
For the Gunners, Arsene Wenger has sprung a surprise by dropping Alexandre Lacazette to the bench. Sitting in 11% of FPL squads, the Frenchman is another premium forward who can expect big sales to follow – Arsenal have visits from Spurs and Man United and a trip to Burnley in the next four.
It looks like a role up front for Alexis Sanchez as a result of the reshuffle. The Chilean has delivered points in three of his last four league outings and, with an ownership under 3%, could yet emerge as an explosive differential.
