Think Firmino could be okay for GW31. Rich and Digne could go though (Rich first). I think either save this week or do Digne to TAA. FH32 is optimal imo.

GW 35 will be far away imo.
So FH in gw32 & WC in gw 34 is safe to BB in gw 35 (at least in my case)

Not really a need to FH33 since using FTs to prepare for GW31 will also prepare you for GW33. Also it means your WC in 32 will be very far away from the double in 35, that hurt me (and many others) last year when we used one WC to prepare for two DGWs.

If you FH in 33 though you can retain more decent (City, Spurs, Utd) players upto 31 and then ignore 33, just maybe need to carry 2 free transfers into 31 to tweak things. I have 8 for GW31 already (mainly my bench fodder, Chelsea & Liverpool) and think I can get more points in the run up to 31 than the extra I actually get in 31 by planning any more for it

The only gamble with a WC in 32 imho is whether Utd beat Wolves and get a double in 35. City will beat Swansea and not fussed about Brighton, Watford or Palace having a double in 35 ... and you will have 2 transfers going in to GW35 any way 🙂

FH is same as WC no carry over transfer. If you play FH team reverts to team from previous game week as in if you use FT same week as FH that FT doesn't count

Also I can't see how FH in 31 is a good idea when you'll want most 31 players in 33
