Introducing the Scout Academy for the 2020/21 season

Are you a budding FPL blogger, writer, YouTuber or social media star? From tutorials to promotion, we want to help the next wave of Fantasy talent.

The Scout Academy is a brand new initiative from Fantasy Football Scout designed to support, encourage and foster up-and-coming hopefuls.

On the back of last week’s incredibly successful launch of the Scout Network, the Scout Academy is aimed at Fantasy creators who are just starting out or just starting to be serious about content creating, toolmaking or becoming influencers in the Fantasy Football arena.

The Academy will be a place that the next generation of talent can hone their skills as well as get the support and guidance on the specific areas they need to achieve their goals and broaden their reach.

As well as this, the Scout Academy will help generate and deploy ideas to grow their individual projects, tools, handles and channels to help to achieve success for our partners. The Scout Academy will offer its members advice and interviews from leading Tweeters, toolmakers and YouTubers as well as links to useful resources to help people get started or improve their output.

    Great plan by scout. Buy up the entire FPL community, anytime they make money scout makes money. Great business plan, but in the end we will be saturated by low quality garbage.

    Will be all chiefs no indians, and the genuine Fpl lovers will go off to their own quiet places. Well done on going down the American model of Fantasy. Ruin it for everyone

          Mitro for me is the best pick out of rather uninspiring sub 7.0m bunch, not excited about him but willing to give him a run of 3 to 5 games.

          Dont recall Ings being "template-ish" player this time last year but do remember few saying that Che Adams will set the world alight.

    A slightly different draft to get around GW1 blanks.
    Greenwood on the bench and 2 mil ITB for Willian (1 week punt) to Rashford in GW2 leaves .5 spare. Only I premium mid for now but Rashford and Son can easily become say Salah and a 6.5 mid if needed.

    Southampton are so interesting. Ings seems the real option. JWP could be good this year. Adams intrigues me. Armstrong and Redmond are sleepers and Bertrand could fly under the radar. Which one should I go with. Ings is pricy!

      Moutinho could be a safe bet until a better 5.5m mid emerges. Nailed, on corners, and created the most chances last season for WOL.

    I came off twitter as there is just too much fpl content. The thing is, most of it makes statistical sense for fpl but it was just too much for me.

    I fear that this place is going down the same route. Too many articles. Sometimes less is more, otherwise it just becomes meaningless.

    im experimenting with switching mitro to 4.5m and investing the 1.5 in mid (jwp instead of armstrong) and defence.
