Pre-season price offer extended for FFScout Premium Membership

Due to popular demand and taking inspiration from soft furniture retailer sales across the land, we are pleased to say that Fantasy Football Scout Premium Memberships for the 2020/21 season are still available at the pre-season cost of £17.50 – but only for a little while longer.

We have given our users an extra week to sort out their subscriptions for the new campaign but this really is last-chance saloon territory, as yearly Premier Memberships will rise to the regular season price of £19.99 on September 7.

So, if you haven’t already, make sure to sign up before that point in order to secure the best-value rate.

The yearly fee of £17.50 works out at an equivalent of less than £1.50 a month as, instead of expiring on June 1 as was previously the case, these rolling annual subscriptions now cover a full 12-month period.

That’s better value than our rivals are offering for the equivalent all-access Premium Membership package.

SIGN UP FOR THE NEW SEASON HERE

If you prefer to dip your toe into the water rather than plunge right in, however, we are offering rolling monthly subscriptions for just £2.99 per month.

We’re continuing to reinvest resources into the site, building a team of talented contributors for the new season (from all of our Career Hall of Fame top three to the returning Mark Sutherns) and working on an exciting new design for the Premium Members Area, complete with new tools and features.

We’re also dishing out £2,500-worth of prizes in the 2020/21 campaign – more details of that available here.

Our video below runs down just some of the benefits that subscribers will enjoy in 2020/21 and previews what you can expect the Premium Members Area to look like after its makeover:

WHAT DO I GET FOR MY MONEY?

Well, you’ll be joining legions of other Fantasy managers by signing up, including former Fantasy Premier League winners Adam Levy, Simon March and Tom Fenley.

Thousands upon thousands of FPL bosses take advantage of our subscriptions and sign up every year, using the stats and tools to aid their Gameweek planning.

PRO PUNDIT ARTICLES

You’ll get exclusive content from some of the best Fantasy managers in the business, including Hall of Fame top three Fábio BorgesStephen Harrap and Darren Wiles, ex-champion Simon March, five-time top 1k finisher Tom Freeman, three-time top 200 finisher Lateriser and six-time top 5k finisher Zophar.

If that wasn’t enough, Fantasy Football Scout’s founding father, Mark Sutherns, is returning to the site to supply articles and video appearances throughout the season. Again, only Premium Members will get unrestricted access to Mark’s content.

RATE MY TEAM AND PROJECTIONS

Our Projections and Rate My Team tools are both live for the new season, so you can head over there now to start building your teams ahead of 2020/21 and see how many points our algorithm thinks you’ll score.

These features were both refined last year, with RMT’s Professor – aka Chris Atkinson – elaborating on the changes in a Hot Topic.

SEASON TICKER

Also live for the new season is our Season Ticker.

Premium Members can sort by fixture difficulty and find out which teams’ matches rotate well.

Disagree with the Fantasy Football Scout difficulty ratings? Add you own to customise your experience.

FLAT-TRACK BULLY TOOL

Our Flat-Track Bully tool was a new addition last season, with subscribers now able to identify Fantasy assets with good records against specific clubs.

This will help you pinpoint players who perhaps perform better against weaker opposition and even those who thrive against the top teams, like Raúl Jiménez famously did in 2018/19.

HEAD-TO-HEAD COMPARISONS

Compare both teams and players head to head, with over 100 key statistics to study side by side.

PLAYER AND TEAM STATS

There are hundreds upon hundreds of player and team statistics available, which can help guide your Fantasy transfer decisions.

MATCH ANALYSIS

Analysis of every Premier League match (going back to 2011/12!), together with charts which plot average positions and our collection of heatmaps for touches, shots and chances created, among other statistics.

CUSTOM STATS TABLES

Premium Members can also create custom tables based on the data available and share them with other subscribers.

Perhaps the most famous of these is Joe’s Goals Imminent table, which looks to predict which underperforming assets will find the net next.

TESTIMONIES

2018/19 Fantasy Premier League champion Adam Levy was a paid-up Premium Member of our site and he discussed what tools of ours he finds most useful in an interview after his triumph.

In previous seasons we’ve helped FPL winners Tom Fenley and Simon March, while in 2015/16 we were thrilled to see Ed Masters – the winner of that year’s Members’ League – finish third in the overall rankings.

In 2017/18, Paul Gee went one better. He won our Members’ League and finished second, losing out to champion Yusuf Sheikh by just eight points.

Be sure to check out all the other benefits of signing up as a Premium Member here. A full FAQ on our Premium Members’ Area is also available here.

If you’ve any feedback or suggestions of content that you’d like to see added to the Premium Members’ Area, then please feel free to drop us a line at support@fantasyfootballscout.co.uk.

If Everton sign all three of Doucoure, Rodriguez and Allan then a 3-4-1-2 would make a lot of sense to best fit in their better players.

    Rex
    Mina / Keane / Holgate
    Coleman / Allan / Doucoure / Digne
    Rodriguez
    DCL / Richarlison

The other option would be to push Richarlison wide and play Bernard or Iwobi wide and drop a centre half.

Any idea which is the most likely considering Ancelotti’s past teams/formations?

If Everton start defending better then Digne as a WB could suddenly be worth his price tag.

In theory, yes but Mina is way too injury prone to cement him in permanently.

If he braces against Brighton his price should rise. Anything less and he should be safe with the Liverpool fixture next.

No but surely the cost is a factor in that. Given they have signed van de Beek there is a lot of talk about his minutes meaning Fernandes will miss out the most. He's not a winger, so it should mean that Rashford and Greenwood are less likely to miss out on minutes than others.

Thinking about using GW1 as a semi free hit, similar to the restart in terms of unlimited transfers targeting initial fixtures.

By having 3.5M ITB it allows me to change to just about anything depending on what teams/players hit the ground running, jumping on bandwagons etc.

No one knows for example how Chelsea will line up and perform from the outset, so I'm happy to wait until after their GW2 match with Liverpool before going there. Obviously no Salah/TAA will provide an initial sofa ducking experience given their ownership but neither have recently passed the eye test and I can get one in quickly if necessary. In fact the whole Liverpool scenario is interesting, surely they wont implode now they've climbed Everest, but it wouldn't be the first team that's happened to, can you imagine the reaction if they don't beat Leeds. Klopp will obviously play his strongest team every week to maintain momentum - but the problem is they look like they've recently lost a bit of it...

I'm hoping my light weight initial squad will get me through to GW3, given the fixtures, to then allow a mini wildcard. Aub to KDB/Sterling, JWP to Greenwood/Ziyech/Pulisic, Ings to Kane/Werner/Martial, downgrade Ant/Mitro to fund def/mid upgrades etc. etc.

    MCCarthy/Nyland
    Robbo/Vin/Justin (Taylor/Johnson)
    Auba(C)/JWP/Son/Soucek (Bruno)
    Ings/Antonio/Mitro

I know it's a punt but I just like the idea of having a fat wallet at the start and hoping Liverpool don't smash Bielsa's boys 🙂

If planning a "mini wildcard" it makes sense to me to use the budget up so you get your money's worth for the first two weeks. Assuming a mini-wildcard comprises at least 3 transfers, you should be able to move funds around quite easily.

Maybe get Vardy instead of Antonio, for instance.

        Don't like any of those:
Egan - SHU second season and no Henderson. They performed well over expected last season.
Dier - Spurs defense has not been good, and does he offer attack threat?
Shaw - Prone to injury. MUN defense not impressive. Is he nailed?

Not sure I agree on SHU. They over-achieved on pre-season expectation, but not on the xG and xGA. They played well and deserved their place. I agree they will leak a few more goals without Henderson but I think they'll be okay.

Does anyone else look at their teams and just see premiums and cheapies? Nothing in between?

    McCarthy 4.0
    TAA Doherty Vinagre C.Taylor Mitchell
    Salah Aubameyang Bruno Soucek Bissouma
    Kane Mitrovic Brewster

Certainly see that in your team, but yes, the mid pricers do seem to be few and far between - Ings and Jimi upfront, Chelsea mids and Greenwood, non-Doc Spurs defenders - not much else springs to mind.

    Any thoughts?

    Mccarthy - Button
    TAA - Robertson - Dier - Egan - Vinagre
    Aubameyang - Son - Greenwood - ASM - Stephens
    Werner - ings - Mitrovic

Grady Diangana signing for West Brom, another 5.5 mid option then, given the money they are paying for him.

Yep 15 goals+assists in 30 games last season is very enticing at 5.5m

With 2 main team's missing, teams will be very similar too. Can be huge

      Currently sitting on:

      McCarthy/Nyland
Doherty Vinagre Justin - Mitchell Ferguson
Aubameyang Salah Son ASM - McCarthy (Can't have too many McCarthys)
      Ings Werner DCL
      0.5ITB

Will probably trade Salah > Fernandes for GW2 and then Auba > Salah for GW3 and then try to hold a FT as best I can. I feel this gives me one premium DEF and then 5 premium attacking assests, also like DCL and with better midfield behind him he could be excellent value this season.

I can see that, but he is one of my risker picks that I hope will pay off. It's pretty template at the moment for me and I want at least one high ceiling risky pick.

I figure Mitchell is going to start and both him and Ferguson are 4.0, so doesn't matter too much if neither of them actually play. Same with McCarthy, they will just fill my bench.

Who do you recommend from Palace?

Is Matty Cash (AVL) a good pick as rotating DEF if priced at 4.5?

Why pick a villa defender when you can get Burnley or wolves defenders at the same price?

Burnley defenders don't really offer attacking returns though, good chance of Cash matching them with his attacking threat

I did a test to see what a more balanced team would look like if I sacrificed the super premiums mids and came up with this

      Pope (steer)

      Trent, Doherty, Tierney, Egan (Mitchell)

      Fernandes, Son, Ziyech (Soucek, ASM)

      Martial, Werner, Mitro

Certainly looks balanced, but a bit lacking unless you are happt to cap Trent quite often

If Doucoure comes in at 5.5m or lower, should be a good pick?? Should be plus 100 points at Everton, shouldn't he??

If he is 5.5 I'm sure there will be plenty of takers.
