Not easy to decide on a FH in 33 but will be fun for sure.

Still need Trent, Robbo, Salah home to United. If Brighton still playing poorly Doherty / Son / Kane will be popular too. Don’t see much upside on FH

Anyone else still chasing league with wildcard free hit and bb left? Do you guys think that there won't be enough value in wildcarding in 34 instead? It may be too little too late I'm thinking. I'm chasing by 40.

I’m in a similar position but everyone ahead of me (bar one) has burned through all their chips.

WC35 was the original plan but need to see if a 34 team can get through three weeks. That said, those who wildcarded in 26 or later with triple Wolves have lost out badly this weekend, so can you realistically plan too far ahead?

Yeah mate but that's the thing. If people don't play wildcard now they won't take advantage of others being stuck with villa and wolves etc players. By the time gw34 rolls around they will have swapped these out for the players you were going to wildcard in meaning no closing the gap.

Personally, I’d rather have the relative certainty of 15 DGW on the GW36 bench boost and hopefully smash it that way.

I’ll do some spreadsheeting over the international break but yeah you’re right re Wolves and Villa

I think it looks like decent idea for my team. I have absolutely zero MU and Lei assets atm and only 2 Liv players. I will at least have more time to build my team towards gw 36. I find avoiding red arrow gw 33 very difficult without FH.

Well I made 31 points on my fh, minus whoever I would have got in, not a clue who that would have been because any other week, fh could have LOST me points. Only Johnny and Son really did anything from those I didn't have anyway but I still am happy, 69 points.

      Playing in a weaker league.

Look at Ronaldo or Lukaku or Werner in the PL vs La Liga or Serie A, for example.

PL is the strongest league in the world. Consistently have CL finalists and EL finalists. And those teams are not the same two teams from the PL. Man City, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man Utd and Arsenal have all reached European finals in recent seasons.

I agree pl is the strongest although the comparison is unfair. Ronaldo of 4 years ago at real would have been banging goals in PL too. Plenty of cases that do great in PL but haven't been able to perform in la Liga/ Serie A for whatever reason. Hazard, Coutinho, Ramsey, Costa in his 2nd spell spring to mind

Missed the deadline, only 5 players on the pitch, but managed to get 47 points. Small red arrow down 5k spots to 180k. Breaks my run of 7 greens in a row.

Can’t really complain and with two FTs for next week it could work out well.

Sure Laca to Kane is good but Weghorst plays for shitty Burnley I just wouldn’t go there.

Can’t complain with 56 from 7, Son cap and a green arrow. 2 no shows in Ramsdale and Raph.
Kind of knew I should’ve rolled FT but just felt Toney was a bigger upgrade on Broja in any case.

Now it’s surviving 2 more weeks without Kane

Everyone will spend that 2m differently. Ppl saying Kulu covers Son for 4m less. I own Son not Kane but if I were to buy one now it would be Kane because I can at least think of midfield replacements who are cheaper than Son but up front there’s absolutely nobody to buy.
If you’ve used BB as well it’s not a bad idea to deadend 3rd striker spot

I've no wildcard left but do have BB and FH.

Gonna do 6 transfers (assuming TAA out) up to gw 33 - so a few -4's

Gives me 9 dgws for 33, plus spurs v Brighton, City v Burnley and Liverpool v United. I think that's a fine bench boost

Means I can use my FH in 36 for 11 Premium dgw players.... those players I'm bringing in for GW 33 have good fix in 34 +35 + 37 + 38 except Newcastle from gw 35 but I'd bench/sell
