    Is Foden essential this week?

If so, who would you lose for him out of Gordon, Bruno, Son?

(whoever leaves will come back next week for Havertz)

Wait and see from presser’s today. Bruno is flagged for some reason, I benched Son with them as trying to catch up.

Apparently for a knock though TH said he was working hard to make it for this w/e game so am holding & starting him v Palace with Gordon as 1st bench.

It turned out that Foden was non essential last week. 😉

I'd sell Son, but if it's really a gw37 question, rather than a gw36 consideration you've probably got to stand by your decision to select Son for that double too.

It's only a non story because Klopp doesn't want to talk about it.

With Bradley back in training, is there a case for holding him into the final few?

Or is he benched and not getting points anyhow?

Protect Trent or push him forward?

He's been managing an ankle issue in recent weeks. Not sure if that's still a factor. With Trippier due back soon, Hall, Livra and Trippier might share minutes in the fullback positions.

What to do with this bunch?

    Pet (Onana)
    Porro Burn Gab (Gusto Bradley)
    Bruno Son Palmer Foden Gordon
    Isak Haaland (Darwin)

    1 FT, 4.9 in bank, BB37

Anyone having trouble with thinking whether to sell Bruno/Son for Havertz? And then either bring them back for BB or keep Hav.
It all depends on how much we think Arsenal is gonna trash Bournemouth

    1. Yome
      • 12 Years

I sold Bruno for Saka, he is injured, may not play and Arsenal will trash BOU big time.
Arsenal play Everton on 38 so you need at least an Arsenal mid IMO

    Hiya all - 1FT, 0.2m ITB. BB37

    Help much appreciated!

    A) Schar to Burn / Maguire / any non-MCI/CHE defender up to 5.8m
    B) Roll FT, sort Schar next week (also maybe VanHecke and Bruno) and play Porro (liv) this week
    C) other

    Petrovic (Onana)
    Gvardiol Gabriel Schar** (Porro VanHecke*)
    Foden Palmer Bruno Gordon (Son)
    Haaland Isak Jackson

Any hope left here? Chasing a 40 point deficit and we have almost the same WC team from last week (CAPS = different):

    Me:
    Petrovic, Onana
    Porro, Maguire, GABRIEL, BURN, GVARDIOL
    Son, Bruno, Palmer, Foden, Gordon
    Isak, Jackson, HAALAND
    Bank 0.3m

    Him
    Petrovic, Onana
    Porro, Maguire, TAA, SCHAR, WALKER
    Son, Bruno, Palmer, Foden, Gordon
    Isak, Jackson, ALVAREZ
    Bank 5.4m

Expect he will do Alvarez -> Haaland with a downgrade elsewhere for a -4 (maybe TAA -> White)

Both have just BB left for 37.

Best move for me to save this week and then starting throwing Hail Marys in 37/38?

I prefer your team as a starting point Jinswick.
Yes, I think saving the transfer this week is the smart option. You’ll be able to use the extra move more effectively next week.
      40points is catchable. Good luck!

    2. Wobbles
      • 3 Years

I think you have the edge on him this week at least.
Maybe Bruno out for Havertz this week and bring Bruno back in for the double? Leaves a benching headache though which he also has, so maybe try to figure out who he will bench and do the opposite.
Otherwise I'd just stick this week and reassess next week with more information available.

Given i don't have BB left, and therefore would need to bench 4th+5th defenders anyway in GW37...Would you go for:

    GW36 (1FT)
    A) Schar -> Saliba (double up with Gabriel this week, good option for GW38)
    B) Schar -> Reguilon (would prob then bench 37 + 38)
    C) Bench Schar this week, play Maguire (cry) and save 2FT for next week in case of injuries etc?
