The Big Numbers – Gameweek 12

As always, we cast our eye over the statistics across the previous round of matches to highlight some of the stand-out performers. Chelsea’s change of formation bodes well for their midfield veteran, United’s former Toffee provides chances aplenty, Villa’s misfiring frontman still has reason for optimism, while Liverpool’s young full-back delivers a tenacious display in the Merseyside derby:

    Well here you go.

    Migs Daniels

    Jagielka Fonte Vlar Terry Chester

    Wally Ravel Gerrard Oscar Bacuna

    Suarez Benteke Aguero

Thinking of Benteke to Lukaku and Chester to a palace defender in the coming weeks.

    So?

Also looked at Tekkers to Studge for his next amazing 3 fixtures then Studge to Lukaku gw16 when his fix get amazing

Consensus is keep Tekkers against bottom of league at him with agbon back to supply him.... He WILL SCORE!!!

            Ozil is overpriced

            ramsey could get rotated/rest soon

Giroud not close to other strikers

so my thinking was that i wont getting players in juddging by wich team they play , i wanna get in proven fpl scorers

I'm still not convinced JEvans is nailed on back there - at fault for the first Cardiff goal at the w/e too. You could also argue that WHU are as solid at the back as NEW.

I guess it depends if you're planning on rotating the defender you bring in or playing them every week, and if rotating which one works best for your team.

Until he starts getting rotated he is still a good buy at 7m imo. Looked good again last night and Arsenal score a lot of goals. If you got him at 5.5 ish then I think he's probably a season keeper unless he gets injured or loses his place.

The problem is more the lack of alternatives. I see Cabaye, Mirralles and Sess are possible. None to me or ones to guarantee you any more points with Ramsey. I think if you have the opportunity to bring a premium midfielder on him (and one start to show signs of being worth the money) then that is a good idea. Until then...stick.

All if those options look worse than your current options.

If I had Remy, Ravel, Ivan and Migs I would be holding all.

Your team is good. I would save the transfer.

        Actually it's 'The Plan'

Morrison will be out for Sess on GW 14
Remy will be out for Lukaku on GW 15
        Ivan to Walker GW 16

        '
        or

Morrison to Sess in GW 14
Ivan, Migno, Remy to Burner, Myhill, Rooney in GW 15 (-4)

        Basically it's
Lukaku Ivan(Walker) Migno vs Rooney Burner Myhill GW 15 onwards

    1. JT's
    2. Oscar's
    Performance please.

but i would advise you to go with form, over the possibility of form starting from this weekend

i think it would be like having one average striker at chelsea who consistently plays

you know most of the goals will come from behind him

Nonsense - he has scored 7 already (and 4 assists) and has arguably the best supply line in the league.

              he's slowing though isn't he

i think arsenal fans will be cursing their lack of alternate strike options very soon

A little, but his last 3 games were LIV, mun, SOT which aren't easy. I think he'll benefit with Walcott being back too - genuine width we've been lacking.

I agree we definitely need another striker though - hoping Wenger goes big in Jan - Suarez would be amazing, but that won't happen, so Benteke or Remy are very decent alteratives that we could get. Get one of them and we have a very good chance of winning the league imo.

i'm not saying he will get you no points, but i think despite the great supply and arsenal being favourites to win most games, he will be outscored by remy and lukaku over the next 5 weeks at least

agree you would be a much better squad with a new, quality striker

Agreed. Definitely keeping for the next 2 (if I go the Rooney route) or the next 3 (if I go the Lukaku route).

Potentially triple ARS attack for me in GW14 & 15!

Pretty lovely already! How about Fonte->JT or perhaps Lallana->Gerrard or hang on another week and see if Walcoot comes out firing? Nothing worth a hit this week, though, I reckon.

      Thanks All.

I am glad that you've identified lallana as a weak link. I have been thinking about dropping him, but keep putting it off because it will cost me 0.5M to buy him back later.

I am not entirely convinced by gerrard, but think that walcott could be a shrewd move if he does the business.

How does chester --> jt sound for a -4?

That leaves me with 4.2M in the bank, which would be enough to do lallana --> walcott (if he does the business), or lallana --> ozil/gerrard (if he doesn't).

    Hey Kids,

I'm thinking Ozil / Clyne > Gerrard / GJ until Jan WC.

I have cover (Ramsey and Boruc) for those being shipped and Liverpools next 3 are amazing (hull NOR WHM)

    Boruc/Harper
    Dawson/ Coleman/ Clyne / Chester / Whitakker
    Ozil / Ramsey / yaya / Oscar / Ravel M
    Suarez / Aguero / Remy

OR I could get Flanagan for Clyne and not do the Ozil move? What do you think?
