Our pre-Gameweek analysis of the PlayON Player Price List arrives once again this morning. As always, we offer a couple of picks per position: one essential weekend target and a left-field alternative for your consideration.
Unlike a number of games, the PlayON deadline for Sunday is 3pm, meaning Fantasy managers will be afforded the chance to see all 20 team sheets before finalising their starting XIs.
Goalkeepers – David Ospina
With four clean sheets in six at the Emirates, the Arsenal stopper has proven a reliable source of points. Given that Arsene Wenger has confirmed he’ll make “one or two changes” to his side ahead of the FA Cup final, we’ve listed Ospina as a left-field option for the visit of West Brom on the off-chance the Gunners boss turns to Wojciech Szczesny between the posts. Available for 7.5, he’s selected by 11% of PlayON managers so far. Kasper Schmeichel looks a solid option as Leicester welcome QPR to the King Power Stadium. The Foxes have served up five clean sheets in six – with only champions Chelsea breaching their backline over that period – and at a price of just 6.6m (15% ownership), Schmeichel looks likely to profit yet again.
Defenders – Ryan Taylor
The versatile Taylor’s dead-ball duties could be vital to Newcastle’s bid for survival this weekend. Stationed in central midfield in recent weeks, the 6.1-priced defender provided the assist for his side’s goal in their previous home match and with a win set to secure their safety, he could be a real differential option with just 4% ownership. Branislav Ivanovic is available for 9.2m as Chelsea look to close out the campaign with a home win over Sunderland. The Serbian has been snapped up by 15% of PlayON managers so far and with the Black Cats failing to score in their last two, could be on course for points at both ends of the pitch.
Midfielders – James Milner
Despite scoring in each of his last two appearances, the Man City midfielder sets you back just 7.5 for the home clash against Southampton. Considering Yaya Toure is priced at 14.2m, Milner (owned by 12% of PlayON managers) looks excellent value for money as Manuel Pellegrini’s side look to chalk up a seventh straight win in front of their own fans. Palace’s Yannick Bolasie is another budget-friendly option. The DR Congo international – who is available for 7.7m and sits in 23% of PlayON sides – has started up front in two of the last three and his out-of-position prospects earn him the nod ahead of team-mate Jason Puncheon for the Eagles’ home encounter against Swansea.
Forwards – Leonardo Ulloa
A home encounter with travel-sick QPR brings the Leicester frontman into contention. We’ve gone with Ulloa over Jamie Vardy due to his spot-kick duties – at a price of 8.4m (4% owned) the Argentine, who has three strikes and an assist in his last four at the King Power Stadium, should take advantage of an R’s defence that’s conceded more away goals than any other side. Sergio Aguero (15.0m, 42% owned) is our big-hitter as City welcome Southampton to the Etihad. The Argentine has racked up five goals and a pair of assists in his last three home appearances and with the Saints picking up a single point in their previous six on the road, he looks poised to finish the season in style.
There’s free entry tournaments and guaranteed pots in all games so plenty for Fantasy managers to take advantage of – you can pick up to three different teams for each game now at www.PlayON.co

Are Yaya owners worried about today`s BBC report that he was stopped for speeding? (134 mph - impressive/stupid)…
