Similar dilemma but with a 4.5 defender spot to fill too has been driving me nuts for about 3 hours now.

I think it is ok as u will bench wb most of the week either way. 1 week of lesser points is fine.

I’ve currently got Mendy VVD Bailly & Lindelof with Wan-Bissaka on the bench for a 4-4-2.

I would say Tomkins AND wan is not a wise decision of 4 at the back is your plan. But it could work for you. Probably won’t though because as you say... your bench is weak.

Your bench is a huge risk. 2x4m & 4.5m. If they go out of favour and aren’t starters you’ll get into trouble.

I’d do DDG to Patricio and upgrade at least 1 player on your bench.

Maybe in a double pivot that Pogba played in last season a lot.

Kantes never been an FPL pick realistically anyway, far too defensive to be useful from an FPL perspective.

Kantè is a god defense and Jorginho is not a defensive player. At the same time Kantè is super mobile and Jorginho is more static.

I expect more assists from Kanté.

I’ve got Sanchez at the moment as a placeholder for Hazard.
I think Sanchez will do well the first few weeks... he is deployed in the front 3 at the moment so is technically a striker atm.

Either Bilva or get 2 x 4.5 keepers and bank 0.5 in case Mkhi looks a decent Jota upgrade in GW3?
