The Mohamed Salah (£12.3m) injury saga goes on as the Egyptian was left on the bench for Liverpool’s trip to Crystal Palace.
Jurgen Klopp mentioned in his pre-match press conference that the ankle problem sustained against Leicester is still present for Salah and with Champions League action midweek, he has opted to rest him for Gameweek 13.
That has led to a well-deserved start in the Reds’ front-three for Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (£6.2m), who has impressed in Champions League and on international duty of late.
There was better news for owners of Andrew Robertson (£7.0m) who, like Salah, came into Gameweek 13 with a yellow flag.
The left-back has been named in the starting line-up as Liverpool prepare to visit the division’s joint-lowest scorers in home matches.
Meanwhile, Joel Ward (£4.5m) returns from the injury that forced him off against Chelsea in Gameweek 12.
Things are much less routine at Brighton where Brendan Rodgers names an unchanged Leicester side, featuring Jamie Vardy (£9.6m), James Maddison (£7.5m) and Youri Tielemans (£6.7m).
Perhaps disappointing for those who backed Vardy for the captaincy, Adam Webster (£4.4m) has come through a late fitness test to start alongside Shane Duffy (£4.9m), while Lewis Dunk (£4.6m) misses out through suspension.
Arsenal manager Unai Emery has kept faith in the front-three that started at Leicester last time out, deploying Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (£11.0m) alongside Alexandre Lacazette (£9.3m), supported by Mesut Özil (£7.2m).
That means that for the third match in a row, there is no place in the Arsenal side for Nicolas Pépé (£9.2m).
The Gunners have kept with the back-three system but Sokratis Papastathopoulos (£5.0m) comes in for an injured Rob Holding (£4.5m).
Meanwhile, Southampton come to the Emirates Stadium with Ryan Bertrand (£4.8m) restored to the left-back position and Cédric Soares (£4.8m) on the right.
Jannik Vestergaard (£5.0m) drops out as Ralph Hasenhüttl switches to a back-four while Michael Obafemi (£4.9m) is paired with Danny Ings (£6.0m) up-front.
With Joshua King (£6.3m) missing out through injury, Eddie Howe lines up his Bournemouth side in a 3-4-3 formation, with Harry Wilson (£6.0m) and Ryan Fraser (£7.0m) either side of Callum Wilson (£7.7m).
It also puts Diego Rico (£4.3m) into a more advanced position as a wing-back in this system.
Wolves come to the Vitality Stadium, naturally, in the same formation, with Diogo Jota (£6.1m) and Adama Traoré (£5.2m) either side of Raúl Jiménez (£7.4m).
Norwich look to be trying a new system in their visit to Everton, as Daniel Farke’s men appear to be laid out in a 4-3-3 formation with Onel Hernandez (£5.3m) and Todd Cantwell (£4.6m) flanking Teemu Pukki (£6.7m).
Finally, Daryl Janmaat (£4.4m) misses out for Watford with a knee injury that went unreported by Quique Sanchez Flores in his most recent press conference.
