Fantasy Football TV Guide: Your schedule for the best video content for GW38+

For 12 years, Fantasy Football Scout has been committed to providing the most insightful and entertaining content for Fantasy managers.

Whilst that intent has never changed, the mediums certainly have evolved and expanded over the years. What started out with text articles and tools has extended to encompass audio podcasts, four channels of social media, emails and video streams.

This season we’ve invested into all of these areas, but video especially, shipping in extra talent to increase output with the likes of Andy, Sam, Gianni and the Pro Pundits joining Joe to offer fresh news and opinion every day.

Of course, we’re not the only ones doing this, and with so much content it can be a challenge to ensure you get all the relevant insight.

Which is precisely why we’ve put together this Fantasy Football TV schedule, rounding up some of the best streams and videos from Fantasy Football Scout and friends to help guide your Gameweek viewing.

The provisional schedule is outlined below (with channel links), but we’ve also created a Google Calendar that you can add to ensure you don’t miss a minute.

The times provided below are in British Summer Time (BST) and subject to change.

    What do you reckon:

    A) Mane, Mahrez & Son

Hmm, his xG is pretty crazy. Not expecting clean sheets anywhere so might just have a punt!

I wouldn't waste a City spot on a defender personally, the points will be spread around so make sure you're not missing out by getting 3 attackers!

I wouldn't be tweaking your defense at this point. I think it's low upside. Antonio or some other midfield option can explode and ruin you.

      Maybe Pulisic > Antonio?

It's not ideal but I don't think your transfer this week is best used there. Wolves defense is the best in the league, they could easily get a result.

    Bench one:

    Salah, Dilva, Bruno, Martial, Antonio
    Kane, Ings, Auba

At this stage I'm leaning towards Martial or even Salah.

    Cheers.

Good decision to have to make. Depends if you are defending or chasing I guess.

Leicesters defence is down the toilet with injuries, and both CB's are slow........Also Martial high ownership, so if he hauls and you have him you might not get a big green arrow, but if you don't have it him you are in trouble.

Villa's defence have been (abit) better recently, so unless you are very confident on Antonio it would be him if it was me.

Would go Martial if you are defending a lead, Antonio if you are chasing one.

But there are others who can probably answer your question with more authority than I

Kane or Auba for GW38 is a tough choice, does Auba have the slight edge due to having a home game?

Surprised I'm not seeing more love for Mane on these boards from those with their FH drafts.

    - Newcastle 2nd worst for xGC over the last 4 games. And they now have an injury crisis with only one fit centre back.

    - Newcastle 3rd worst for Big Chances Conceded over the last 4 games.

    - Mane has had MORE Goal Attempts In The Box than Kane over the last 4 matches, despite playing 60 minutes less.

*The reason why I've compared Mane to Kane is because my FH team will probably come down to either a 3-4-3 with Kane, or a 3-5-2 with Mane.

I'm considering Salah and Mane in a 3-5-2, along with 2 City mids and one of Martial/Bruno.

Just feel that the points potential for the Liverpool boys could be huge.

I'm not sure if the Palace game will suit Spurs and how they played yesterday. Auba is tempting but have been burnt so many times this season by him.

Tbh I've considered both too in my FH, but there are so many options, want 2 city mids, Fernandes, that leaves me with 2 mid spots, one for Salah, one for mane, maybe, not sure

    2. Netley Lucas
      • 9 Years

The Mane money can be used better, maybe.

Perhaps. But I think, for those on a FH, there's still great value to be had in the likes of Burnley defenders, D Silva and Greenwood (as examples).

How does Mane compare to Salah?

I guess so. But I feel like Mane is being overlooked purely because already have Salah. Mane just as much chance to outscore the likes of Salah/Auba/Kane this week.

I remember Mane hauling on the last day of last season too.

    5. Klaren
      • 7 Years

I agree he'd be a great option in this fixture normally (along with Salah) but I think the big worry with them is they've been getting worse since they've won the league and might be completely on the beach with no concentration for the final game, especially with no record to chase anymore.

      1. Le Bluff
        • Fantasy Football Scout Member
        • 13 Years

Yeah, I get this. But I actually think it could work the other way.

Liverpool have actually had chances galore in most of the games they've played but not been clinical enough (vs Brighton and vs Arsenal spring to mind).

Newcastle have already been conceding bucket loads, and Salah/Mane will surely want to fill their boots on the final day.

I'm considering him but I can only have one of Salah or Mane and I feel Salah is the better option.

KDB being on pens and he will want to break the assist record for sure. Although Dilva could get the pen, as a farewell gift. Thanks, will think about it more

Hi mate!! No mate I’m helping my Dad with his FH team!! Haha, but these moves for me would both be -4, I have my TC left so I’m looking at it that I’m happy to take a hit or two to make my team more competitive this week and just use the extra TC points to essentially cover the hit or two

Haha! Knew I was missing something. I’m quite hopeful of Man U scoring 3 + goals against that leaky Leicester defence hence my decision to go for B

Yeah I’m beginning to think this way myself mate so I’m my own team I’m happy to keep one of Martial and Bruno and bring Greenwood back in, in my own team I think I’d feel happier using my TC on Salah than Dilva even tho Dilva last 3 home game have been 9,17,13 what do you think mate??

            1. Vazza
              • 4 Years
              4 years, 3 months ago

Salah’s performance away from home hasn’t been great when Mane’s on the pitch. I would therefore monitor how many minutes Dilva plays against Watford and if it is minimal, I would just give him the TC armband on the final day. I would do that just out of respect given how great he has been in recent years!

Yeah i think Dilva gets a full rest against Watford(well I hope he does haha, Foden first sub should start) you’d think Pep would give him a full rest so not to risk him for his final send off!!

Agreed - there have been rumours that Dilva may extend his contract by 12 months. Not sure how reliable these sources are though..

Ah right not heard that, well that being said his home form last 3 certainly warrants sticking the armband on him for my TC for sure!!
Do you think this team has enough to keep me on top 10k with no hot last gameweek mate???
                    Henderson
                    TAA Doherty Burnley defender(my FT)
                    Mané Dilva(TC) Bruno Martial
                    Vardy Jesus Ings
                    Subs- Nyland Foden Saiss Fernandez

Couple of things that come to my mind-

                      1. Doherty is playing against an in-form Chelsea team so CS potential is limited

                      2. Henderson and Ings are playing against each other so limits the no. of points we would hope from two players.

But I wouldn’t advise a points hit to resolve these potential issues though. Otherwise a great team!

Can you confirm who you moved out to bring in a Burney defender.

I think 30% of the top 10k managers still have their FH chip to play so nailing the TC on the correct player is of paramount importance this GW.

Yeah that right mate but with Doherty I can still hope for an attacking return I guess, agreed with Ings and Henderson but would you take I hit for Pope?? Equally would you take Ings out for a hit?? And I have Ben Mee atm so would just be him to A Burnley defender

Yes - the options are pretty limited when each and every transfer is going to cost you 4 points. In my humble opinion, your team is pretty template and should therefore not be much different from most top 10k teams that would put you out of the upper echelons. Your TC chip is also a major plus point. I have fingers crossed for you mate. 🙂

Yeah there will be lots of hit being taken too I’d imagine so not taking a hit will stand me in good stead!! And over 1 in 2 in top 10k have used all their chips, I was 5k going into this gameweek so hopefully don’t move much from there in last 2 gameweeks and il be super happy!! Thanks matey hope you have a good one!!
