Mings to Stones. Risk Maguire comes back but Stones is nailed.
Too much uncertainty over fullbacks because there should be a left back but not sure if Trippier or Walker starts right back.
Alternatively could go for Pickford over Donna and swap Mings to Chielini to get the same defences as your draft but with nailed players

So I'm struggling to get my head around the structure of the fantasy side of this haha, probably a stupid question completely.. but what would my best options here be? I kinda stupidly subbed in Wijndal for the Danish defenders pre deadline yesterday so lost a couple of points on Wijndal getting 0 points..

Currently on 52 points with Schick, Llorente, Jota and F Torres left to play, currently captained Insigne.. do I stick or twist with someone else?

Also, do I need to do any transfers or wait until the Match-day 1 is over?

      Should probably mention my team...

      Hradecky
      Spinazzola - Kjaer - Wijndal
      F Torres - M Llorente - Insigne - Jota
      Lukaku - Depay - P Schick

      Bachmann - Elvedi - ERiksen - Mahele

Not a bit stupid Hyyszko, plenty thought Wijndal was nailed on myself included. Lovely points, I've only 26, prob looking for Ronaldo to save my MD. Prob stick with Insigne captain.

You can do transfers now but better wait until MD2 is closer for injury, COVID, suspension etc news.

Hi to all, i think the most important question in the Uefa Fantasy game is
when is the right time to use the two wildcards.
What are your opinions at this matter ?

Anyone have an update on Kjaer? Is he fit? All I'm getting from news is how he saved Eriksen's life.

From what I've read it would appear the Erikson incident was too much for him to continue. So, assume that he's physically fit, just hope he's in a good enough headspace to continue

Apparently it was Kjaer who gave CPR to Eriksen. Well done that man.

Wasn't going to play but got harassed into a ML with 30mins to make a team.

    Unsurprisingly it hasn't started well.

Q- Will Simon start for Spain? Is it worth the risk with my Turkish 3pts?

    1. Proedros78

I know well the 'got harassed into' feeling. 'Here, we're throwing a few quid into a few accass on the matches and the horses today. A tenner a man'. You'll never see that tenner again but it's good craic all the same. I miss the fantasy football banter when you're with your mates sagging each other. The online banter is good but not the same 🙂

Ashley Young in talks with Burnley. Could be great if he's a defender

    1. Thomas Magnum
      • 9 Years
      3 years, 6 months ago

I'd worry he'd break break up their defensive harmony, but then again I only remember him as a winger so I'm sure he's a solid defender and good crosser now, Lowton seems to have locked in RB and C.Taylor can play anywhere it seems so guess the LB spot could be open. If I were them I'd look to sell Tark and sign someone like Nat Phillips, but then again what do I know lol

  9. Thomas Magnum

Just to clarify, can I make subs after the Scotland/Czech game and before the Poland game, or not once the lockout is done? I understand you can't change C, but can you do subs? I have Puchacz and not sure if I should risk starting him or not when I also have Pau Torress on bench and Mount 3 points on field waiting to be replaced and of course don't want to replace him with a possible no show

    1. Holmes

Hmm darn, in that case is it worth taking a punt that Puchacz starts vs Slovakia or just go with Pau Torress, or alternatively start both and drop Mount?

No. You can't change subs or captain after the deadline for each day of the Matchday. You're doing well if 3 points is your lowest on the pitch. Can you sub a defender on less points and keep 3 defender formation?

      1. Thomas Magnum
        • 9 Years
        3 years, 6 months ago

Actually great shout that, actually totally forgot I had Kjaer on the field with 2 points then Mount 3 is the next lowest. If Puchacz is a no show then I guess just have to hope the 2 points won't come back to bite me but would rather punt on him I think

Rice is class, the former Ireland underage star 😉 I think Rice could do a lot of the captaincy stuff that maybe Henderson is there for. He's not match fit and too late now to risk his fitness v Scotland. Maybe against the Czechs when ye're already through.

Yeah I really like all of them tbh. Gotta scout Ferran & Forsberg today also.

Italy vs Swiss feels like a tight affair, so I'm willing to take the risk and go without Insigne. Havent really considered Sterling. Plan was to go with Kane but they might be playing for 1-0 results, so double defense is what I'm going for.

Calhagnolu is also one of the mids I'm considering, Wales did concede too many set-pieces vs Swiss and he is probably going to take all of them. Win is also required.

Interesting! As far as I've been Swiss def is not so great and Insigne was really good against Turkey.

Sterling is probably bit of a knee jerk but I'm just playing the odds here with the fixture. Generally think he's an explosive asset when in form.
