When does this article get promoted to first on the list? I'd suggest on deadline day it get top billing all day and other articles get prioritised after.

1pm-ish! Otherwise you've only got updates from three clubs (Liv, New, Bou) sitting there for 3-4 hours.

Any Spurs fans here? 2 FTs, no Spurs assets. Pretty content with midfield and forward line on fantasy, however need a Gabriel replacement.

He hasn't started yet, but could Perisic be a cheeky differential next 3-5 GWs? Seems the rumours of him leaving have settled and surely if he stays, he features heavily? Or are there better options in Spurs defence?

I just did Chucky > Sarr for a 4.5m swap over. Get a bit of attacking Spurs, don't break the bank and shift an injured fella. Win-win-win?

He's only really been used as relief on the left wing under Postecoglou to date. So potentially 'out of position' but huge question marks over starts and game-time.

Did a drunk transfer of Gabriel to Udogie but now have a benching headache!

    Bench one
    A Udogie (bou)
    B Pinnock (CRY)
    C Estupinan (WHU)

Should've just let Gabriel sit on the bench and rot. Don't drink and FPL kids

Thoughts on Son as a WC differential?
    Spurs goals are guaranteed
If Maddy injured surely he steps up?

    March mitoma mbuemo foden odegaard

I thought he looked pretty sharp against Man Utd. The only issue is Ange's 'wide wingers' tactics, but with Rich struggling, there must be a chance he gets tried in the 9 role sooner or later in which case he'll likely be FPL gold again

    Gabriel-Chilwell-Estupinan

    Bench: Turner, Eze, Botman, Baldock.

I have 2FT and 0.0M in the bank.

I might buy. With cover (Martinelli on the bench). If he was out I would have just taken a one or two week punt in his place (possibly Foden against every fibre of my being!). Bournemouth still struggling defending set pieces so I really want him for this game

I don't know... Foden feels like the riskier option to me. I'm 100% set on buying Maddison for the long-term and not as keen on any alternatives that I considered so it saves a transfer next week or GW5 anyway

I still don't entirely trust Foden's nailedness with Bernardo returning. If Maddison doesn't play all that would actually be preferable to a Foden cameo

Repost from old article. Who to bench?

    A) Jota (new) – Think NEW-LIV will be tight. Jota could easily start from bench and get 30 mins.
    B) Richarlison (bou) – He's looked so poor. Can't wait to ship him. Would be typical for him to get his annual goal if I bench tho.
    C) Mbeumo (CRY) – Safest pick of the bunch.
    D) J.Pedro (WHU) – Encio injury makes him likely to start and Brighton are scoring for fun.

    Thanks

A or D for me. Guess it comes down to whether you want the differential in Jota and risk the ranking loss if Pedro does well. I’d probably start Pedro as WHU have been poor against Brighton I believe. But I’m a Jota owner, and also think it may be a tight one like it was for City last week

I'd probably bench A. That's a very tough fixture - I think LIV will score, but plenty of attackers to get the points if they do.

Jota should start. Klopp suggested Endo isn't ready so midfield should be the same (Gakpo 8) & I would be shocked if Darwin was trusted in this fixture. I don't really agree that it'll be a tight game either. Brentford v Palace looks like the tight one to me

Need to sell Shaw, I play a 3-5-2, back line of Saliba/Chilwell/Gvardiol/SHAW/Kabore.
    Would you
    A) bring in a 4.5 and be happy to bench them (plenty of choices there, and will have spare change) or
    B) bring in someone like Dias and have a benching dilemma but have a pretty nice stream of points and hopefully gains some value
