If Ten Haag is sacked, tempted to go for this Penalty FC WC draft. If not, I may go for Foden or Son depending on their fitness.

    Onana | Fabianski
    Gvardiol | Lewis | Ait-Nouri | Aina | Van den Berg
    Palmer | Saka | Fernandes | Mbeumo | Dibling
    Haaland (C) | Calvert-Lewin | Raúl

You could downgrade Onana to a 4.5 and DCL to Cunha. Good fixtures and the better player imo. Might be on pens with Sarabia not playing.

    Havertz owners keeping?

Original Plan was direct swap to Solanle but i think id find another route to get Solanke.in

Noticed that the Odegaard injury has changed the dynamics of Arsenal attack. Saka now being the prime creators and Havertz hugging all the big chances.

The tremendous form he's been since halfway last season i think he's fixture proof .at the moment

Its going how I thought it would for Kai since he got reclassified. Route to points is smaller and less per goal. He's good still but he needs to score or its a 2 pointer.

Same is generally true of Solanke fwiw but his points historically were on the basis of being a forward anyway

Haaland + Havertz + Solanke is the Frontline im looking at.

DCL to make way by diwngrading diaz to brennan.

          Thoughts on these moves?

Yea like those moves. Diaz could bite you but Solanke and Brennan should return pretty well over next few.
Id looked at similar but in for Jota and Jackson. Not sure whether to pull the trigger or not.

Yeah but i dont have to consistently worry avout Diaz starting or getting subbed of at 60 mins

Just prefer the reliability of sours attackets in terms of minuites and form

This is my thinking as well. Solanke getting really good minutes, Spurs attack much better than Eve. Also makes Saka-Palmer (next week) more palatable with Havertz still there.

My plan was also to switch to Solanke this week but the combined form of Saka and Havertz has changed my mind.

ESR -> McNeil the move to make?

    Maybe Timber to Lewis?
    4FT; 0.0itb

    TAA Gabriel Timber
    Saka Diaz Mbeumo Rogers
    Haaland Watkins Wood

    Fabianski Dibling Faes Greaves

Bench cover for Lewis is a bit light.. With 4 FT you can do Timber --> Lewis, but if so I would also do Faes or Greaves to someone like Ait-Nouri to cover the Lewis benching weeks

    Any changes needed here?

    Sels
    Gvardiol, Lewis, Gabriel
    Palmer, Johnson, Mbeumo, Diaz
    Haaland(C), Havertz

    Sanchez, Delap, Konate, Greaves

I would play a 5th mid or a 3th striker ;). Diaz might have some reduced minutes, so depends if you accept that. And I personally don't really like the Palmer fixtures for the next four, but all the premium mids have tougher fixtures and he can score in any game I reckon.

Would you play bench boost with this bench: Muric (EVE H), Semenyo (ARS H), Lewis (WOL A) and Faes (SOU A).

Will probably drop Muric in a few weeks, had him as Raya cover on WC6 as he was a doubt. So now might be the time with a playing 2nd GK?

Lining up triple city for the saints game, but not sure to TC Haaland. Who’s planning to use the chip?

Leaning more towards keeping it for a double.

Yeah I’d probably keep for a double gameweek, although there will be fewer DGWs this season so if you fancy it go for it

        Thanks

Last couple of weeks he hasn’t inspired me with confidence tbh. I’m sure he will do well vs Saints, but a hatti? Not sure.

I think there’s also a psychological aspect to playing a chip like TC also. If you don’t play it, you always have it to look forward to, and I think that’s quite important in such a long game.

The Fa cup semi-finals will create a blank in GW29. GW33 will possibly be the DGW. City would have Brighton (H) and Everton (A). And even if not, Haaland has home games in 30 against Leicester, 35 against Wolves and 37 against Bournemouth. I'm thinking of holding the TC now. But it is tempting. KdB out is also a major blow for Haaland changes

A lot of fixture congestion with City playing 7 matches in a three week period, Southampton fixture not long after Sparta Prague. There will be rotation so difficult to pick correct triple City.

Haaland, Saka and Palmer vs Haaland and Saka to Palmer premium setup in GW9 is my current thinking. TAA has to make way for the 3 premium attackers

Tough fixtures in 8 and 11 but happy to go in from 9 onwards as I expect his price to be +11.0m by 12

    Palmer:
    8 - liv (A)
    9 - NEW (H)
    10 - mun (A)
    11 - ARS (H)

    Raya
    Gabriel - TAA - Faes
    Salah - Mbeumo - Rogers - McNeil - Semenyo
    Haaland - Havertz

sub: Fabianski - Pedro* - Konsa* - Collins

What would you do here with 2FT and no money InB??

My first thought is Pedro and Konsa -> Raul and Ait -Nouri and then bench Semenyo(ars) and play Raul(AVL) in 3-4-3. What do you think??

Or should I postpone this for GW9 and do it for free?

      Sels
      Trent Gabriel Porro
      Saka Mbeumo Eze ESR
      Haaland Solanke Welbeck

Slicker Rogers L. Davis Harwood Bellis

      2 free transfers
      1.5m in the bank
      Haven't played my wildcard yet

My first thought is I should just roll. The only player that has underperformed is Eze, but I don't want to sell him now in view of the upcoming fixtures.

Fixtures breed form but the fixture difficulty played so far has been ok for Palace and as a team they have been underwhelming.

        1. Captain Mal
            2 months, 15 days ago

            Thanks for the comment.
Palace has been a horror show, but Eze has been getting clear cut chances anyway, that's the reason I think he is a keep for now. Plus I don't see any player that stands out in his price range. Johnson is OK, but tripling up on Spurs feels like an overkill.
            Any suggestions?

probably just dark arts. We'll have to wait and see but Arsenal have a track record under Arteta for players pulling out of internationals and then being fine for them immediately, happened with Saliba and Gabriel last season.
