Departed and Leon were two recent ones I'd recommend.

Thought Inception was vastly overrated. In fact, it was downright boring. Particularly, the sequence where the van is reversing back into the river and there's the various layers of dreams.

I don't know why but I just prefer Holy Grail, it's not even that it's a better film but just that it never fails to make me laugh and I guess if it does feel a bit like linked-sketches it just reflects how much I love Python...a movie of python sketches will always please me 🙂

      Buy price = 10.5
If it increases by 0.2 you sell for 0.1 more.
      Repeat for every 0.2 rise.
Same if it falls. Take the difference from the buy price and halve it, then round down to the nearest tenth. So a 0.5 difference halved is 0.25, which rounds down to 0.2

Problem is once a day = people not seeing it.

I could easily post it there etc. Posting it here starts a discussion or gets ignored like a RMT.

Hey guys, I have seen a few posts like these and thought it was time I expressed my gratitude as well. Just wanted to say thank you to everyone for the public discussions on fpl. I am a compulsive lurker but have felt the frequency of traffic on here a bit overwhelming at times hence the hesitancy to contribute but I will definitely try. I am proud of my current rank and have never been ranked higher and a lot of it is due to the discussions on here and the data the member area provides. So thanks again. Oh I see people are talking about films. I have an extended interest in auteur directors and abstract film, some directors I like and recommend are andrei tarkovsky , Ingmar Bergman, Bella tarr and Carl dreyer

Yep. French noir gangster movies. My avatar is of Alain Delon in Le Samouraï. Proper movie. Go see it.

You should (get an account). It is a great place to discover new movies. Along with Criterion.com. Being Norwegian, I can enjoy Bergmans movies without subtitles, so I guess I will have to get around to that sooner rather than later.

I don't have much time these days with work, wife and fpl 😉 I watch all foreign language films that are aesthetically acclaimed once in subtitles and once dubbed so I can enjoy photography. I was right into it a few years back when I partied, was single and worked at borders (large multinational book/ DVD shop) where I used to steal all the quality film
