For those who yet to use their Jan wc, if not using it this week, it'll have to be one of the next 2 GWs right? Of which next GW is much longer (10 days vs 4 days for following GW), which gives more time for transfers, injury news, price rises, hence next GW would be much better?
Plus the the latter GW falls smack into Chinese New Year (for Chinese like me this is the most important holiday of the year), so would not have much time to handle the wc.
If Rooney comes back this gw and does well, get him in? Little mention of him nowadays coz he's injured, but not too long ago SAR was almost a must have. Having a bit of trouble with the midfield in my WC team, currently looking at this:
Boruc, Jakupovic
Coleman, Kolarov, Clyne, Bardsley, Hudson
Hazard, Silva, Ozil, 2 of Ki/Mutch/Januzaj
Suarez, Aguero, Sturridge
About .3 in bank depending on WC profit
SUN/CAR rotation is great which makes me think that Ki and Mutch could be a good idea but I'm not overly confident with it as we're hardly talking about world beaters.
As an alternative, I'm thinking of ditching Ozil for Lallana, having Eriksen/Ramsey as the 4th mid and then just one of Ki/Mutch/Januzaj. If I did this, I would keep Ozil (FUL) for this week and switch to Hazard after. I don't like planning immediate post WC transfers but the difference in fixture quality makes it logical (and I don't have value tied up in Hazard).Open Controls

I don't know if I would bother with Silva man. His next 2 look bleak (tot and CHE). But I guess his ownership being so low is tempting. I guess there's not much to lose vs CAR.
Ozil not on form is a worry - would consider Ramsey/Lallana/Eriksen for sure.
Would also find the extra dosh for JT/Kosc over Clyne.
SAS is bomb. Ki/Mutch sounds good as long as Mutch keeps his spot under Ole.
