I think it's more a matter of price points; if you have the money invested in a more expensive player, you can always downgrade to Ramsey if and when he becomes fit, whereas someone like Silva's price is liable to rise.

I'd find it hard to argue against Suarez, even if you're looking for differentials. I wouldn't be keen on wellbeck either, think there are better players in that range (ade, bony, JRod) that would allow you to upgrade elsewhere. Finally I like the Cahill punt but would be concerned with luiz moving back as Matic comes in.
