After Brazil got their tournament off to a winning start yesterday, we now have three matches to focus on this evening. The second match in Group A, between Mexico and Cameroon, gets underway at 5pm before Spain take on Holland in a repeat of the 2010 World Cup Final at 8pm and Chile face Group B underdogs Australia at 11pm:
Mexico’s Oribe Peralta looks a decent differential for some ahead of the early kick-off and, whilst Spain versus Holland may have deterred many from loading up on their options for the opener, the likes of Alexis Sanchez will be backed to deliver in the late night showdown as Chile look to grab the goals before their schedule takes a turn for the worse.
Mexico Ochoa; Aguilar, Moreno, Rodriguez, Marquez, Layun; Herrera, Vazquez, Guardado; Dos Santos, Peralta.
Cameroon Itandje; Djeugoue, Chedjou, Nkoulou, Assou-Ekotto; Mbia, Enoh, Song; Choupo Moting, Eto’o, Moukandjo.
Mexico’s starting XI suggests a continuation of their 5-3-2 formation. Paul Aguilar and Miguel Layun will be handed the wing-back berths, whilst further up the field, former Tottenham man Giovanni Dos Santos is likely to be fielded in a slightly more withdrawn role behind Oribe Peralta.
Cameroon look to be setting up in a 4-3-3 formation. There are a handful of surprise selections – at the back, Cedric Djeugoue and Benoit Assout-Ekotto are selected at right-back and left-back respectively, whilst the highly-rated duo Joel Matip and Vincent Aboubakar are handed bench-warming duties.

Wow. Cesc is locked out of my squad and I can't bring in any of the mids off my bench. The Hamburglar wants to auto complete for me but I will not let him. Thankfully my options are from Belgium, the USA and Algeria so I have a day or two to wait for him to get hungry and give up. Maybe Mayor McCheese will be late for his shift and I can sneak in another player on a fry break.
